盲蝽科昆虫物种多样性与分布差异研究——以科尔沁左翼后旗和鄂温克族自治旗为例

摘　　要：运用昆虫分类学、生物统计学等方法,于2014—2016年7—8月对位于内蒙古自治区东部的科尔沁左翼后旗和鄂温克族自治旗草原区分布的盲蝽进行物种多样性与分布差异研究.结果表明,科尔沁左翼后旗分布盲蝽16属26种,其中以斯氏后丽盲蝽(Apolygus spinolae(Meyer-Dür))为优势种;鄂温克族自治旗有19属35种,四点苜蓿盲蝽(Adelphocoris quadripunctatus(Fabricius))为本地优势种.两地盲蝽物种组成存在较大差异.多样性分析显示鄂温克族自治旗的Margalef丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener指数均大于科尔沁左翼后旗,Simpson指数小于科尔沁左翼后旗;Pielou均匀度指数两地相同;两地Jaccard相似性指数为0.245,为中等不相似.鄂温克族自治旗盲蝽科昆虫物种多样性高于科尔沁左翼后旗,两地盲蝽物种相似性较低.Taxonomical and biostatistical methods were applied to analyze the species diversity and distribution differences of Miridae both in Horchin Zuoyihou Banner and Ewenki Autonomous Banner grassland region of In⁃ner Mongolia during July to August in 2014-2016.We found that 16 genera and 26 species were distributed in Horchin Zuoyihouqi Banner,and Apolygus spinolae(Meyer-Dür)is the dominant species;35 species in 19 genera were distributed in Ewenki Autonomous Banner,Adelphocoris quadripunctatus(Fabricius)is the dominant species.There were big differences in species composition of the bugs between the two places.Diversity analysis showed that the Margalef richness index,Shannon-Weiner index of the Ewenki Autonomous Banner were all greater than those of Horchin Zuoyihouqi Banner;but Simpson Opposite;the Pielou evenness index shown no differences in both places.The Jaccard similarity index between the two places is 0.245,which is moderately dissimilar.The species diversity of Miridae in Ewenki Autonomous Banner is higher than that in Horchin Zuoyihouqi Banner,and the similarity of Miridae species between the two places is low.
