摘　　要：阐述了邯钢INBA水渣系统工艺和设备的改进,使冲渣压力能够控制在0.2~0.25 MPa,水渣粒度控制在2~3 mm,避免产生泡渣和细渣;安装的平衡管和平衡阀,保证了两根热水管道流量与两根冲渣管道流量相匹配,以及热水池和冷水池的水位平衡。设定了转鼓转矩-转速曲线,转速可以根据转矩大小自动调节。改进了皮带吹扫装置,安装了自动清理脱落提渣网装置,满足了冲渣生产要求。Explains the improvement of Handan Iron and Steel INBA water slag system technology and equipment,so that the slag flushing pressure can be controlled at 0.2~0.25 MPa,and the water slag particle size can be controlled at 2~3 mm to avoid slag bubble and fine slag;installed balance pipe and balance valve,To ensure that the flow of the two hot water pipes are matched with the flow of the two slag flushing pipes,and to ensure the water level balance of the hot pool and the cold pool.The drum torque-speed curve is set,and the speed can be automatically adjusted according to the torque.The belt purging device is improved,and the automatic cleaning and slag removal net device is installed to meet the requirements of slag flushing production.
