摘  要:螺旋给料机是常用的化工设备,大部分的螺旋给料机是非定型的,需要进行非标设计。通过对螺旋叶片平面展开法的误差进行分析,提出了合理的尺寸选择。通过三维软件Creo建立螺旋给料机螺旋体模型,采用Creo simulate模拟分析模块对螺旋体模型进行有限元分析,分析不同类型及厚度的螺旋叶片对螺旋主轴挠度的影响,研究应力、变形量随螺旋叶片厚度的变化规律。结果表明:螺旋叶片厚度在2~12 mm内变化时,其所受冯米塞斯应力近似呈线性增长,没有突然增长的趋势;螺旋轴最大变形量出现在螺旋体中间部分且近似呈线性增长,没有突然增长的趋势;冯米塞斯应力和形变量随着叶片根部厚度的减小而减小,但是减小幅度较小。As a common chemical equipment,most screw feeders are unshaped and therefore non-standard designs are needed.Proper size selections were proposed in this paper through error analysis of the“planewave expansion method”of screw blades.A screw model of feeders was established through Creo,a three-dimensional software,and the finite element analysis of the screw model was carried out with the simulation analysis module of Creo simulate to analyze influences pf screw blades of different tapes and thicknesses on deflection of the main screw spindle and study change rules of stress and deformation with the thickness of screw blades.Results show that when the thickness of screw blade changes between 2 to 12 mm,the Von Mises stress increases linearly,and no sudden increase trend is found.The maximum deformation of screw spindle appeared in the middle part of the screw and increased linearly,and no sudden increase trend was found either.With the thickness decrease in the root of blades,the Von Mises stress and deformation decrease,but in a small devrement.
