摘　　要：针对飞机喷漆设备的功能需求,设计研究了飞机喷漆悬挂起重机,此设备主要由端梁、小车、回转机构、伸缩导柱、工作平台等部分组成,能够负载工作人员安全高效到达飞机蒙皮任意位置,对飞机生产装配具有重要的意义。伸缩导柱采用多边形结构和排绳技术,可实现导柱的同步均匀伸缩;两组起升机构处于不同的负载工况,避免受到同一疲劳故障的影响。Considering functional requirements of equipment for aircraft painting,a underslung crane for aircraft painting is designed and developed.This equipment is mainly composed of end beam,trolley,slewing mechanism,telescopic guide pillar,working platform,etc.It can load and sent workers to any position of aircraft skin safely and efficiently,which is of great significance to production and assembly of aircrafts.The telescopic guide pillar is of polygonal structure,with rope-aligning technology adopted,which can realize the synchronous and uniform extension of guide pillars;two groups of lifting mechanisms are under different load conditions in order to avoid being affected by the same fatigue fault at the same time.
