新型城镇化背景下北京近郊非自愿移民社会适应性研究——以安河家园及京旺家园为例

摘　　要：非自愿移民社会适应性是新型城镇化涉及到的主要问题之一。研究在对相关文献进行梳理及分析的基础上,选取位于北京近郊的搬迁1年的安河家园非自愿移民群体及搬迁5年的京旺家园非自愿移民群体作为研究对象,综合运用质性分析及定量分析方法对移民社会适应状况进行描述性分析和多元回归分析。研究发现,移民生活、经济、身份认同方面的社会适应状况会随搬迁时间的推移逐步改善,而社交情感方面的适应状况会逐步恶化。此外,搬迁初期,收入状况、年龄和家庭劳动力数对移民的社会适应性造成显著影响,同时对政策的了解和对搬迁合法状况的正向评价也具有重要意义。搬迁后期,缺乏现代劳动技能等深层问题逐渐凸显,年收入、对搬迁后政府关心状况的感知及年龄为影响搬迁后期移民社会适应性的主要因素。未来应在继续加强移民复原型调适的同时,提高对长远型调适的关注度。The social adaptability of involuntary immigration is one of the main issues involved in the new-type urbanization.Based on the review and analysis of the relevant literature,this paper first proposes preliminary hypotheses,and then selects the involuntary immigrants in Anhe Homeland relocated 1 year ago and Jingwang Homeland relocated 5 years ago both located in the suburbs of Beijing as the research objects.And it comprehensively uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to make descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis on the social adaptability of the immigrants.It is found that the social adaptability of immigrants in life,economy and identity will gradually improve with the time of relocation,while the social emotional adaptation will gradually deteriorate.In addition,in the early stage of immigration,income status,age and the number of family labor force have a significant impact on the social adaptability of immigrants.At the same time,it is also of great significance to understand the policy and positively evaluate the legal status of relocation.In the later stage of immigration,the lack of modern labor skills and other deep-seated problems gradually become prominent.Annual income,the perception of the government's concern after relocation and age are the main factors affecting the social adaptability of immigrants in the later stage of immigration.In the future,attention should be paid to long-term adjustments while continuing to strengthen resettlement-based adjustments.
