摘  要:为科学评价海洋产业综合实力,文章从海洋资源及产业发展条件、海洋产业发展能力、海洋产业发展的宏观环境和海洋环境保护能力4个方面构建了海洋产业综合实力指标体系,并采用熵值法对我国11个沿海地区海洋产业综合实力进行客观评价。研究表明:广东、山东、浙江的海洋产业综合实力最强;福建、上海、辽宁、江苏紧随其后,处于中等实力水平;海南、天津、河北、广西则相对落后。其中,二级指标海洋产业发展能力对海洋产业综合实力的贡献最大,三级指标海洋产业规模水平、海洋产业科研实力是提高海洋产业综合实力的主要因素。In order to scientifically evaluate the comprehensive strength of the marine industry,this paper built an index system of comprehensive strength of the marine industry from the four aspects of marine resources and industrial development conditions,marine industry development capabilities,macro-environment of marine industry development,and marine environmental protection capabilities,and uses entropy.The value method has been used to objectively evaluate the comprehensive strength of marine industry in 11coastal areas of China.Studies have shown that:Guangdong,Shandong,and Zhejiang have the strongest comprehensive strength in the marine industry,followed by Fujian,Shanghai,Liaoning,and Jiangsu,which are at a moderate level of strength,while Hainan,Tianjin,Hebei,and Guangxi are relatively backward.Among them,the secondary index marine industry development capability contributes the most to the comprehensive strength of the marine industry,and the tertiary index marine industry scale level and marine industry scientific research strength are the main factors for improving the comprehensive strength of the marine industry.
