崔学教教授治疗2型糖尿病型阳痿的方药规律研究

摘　　要：目的探讨崔学教教授治疗2型糖尿病型阳痿的临床经验。方法选取2016年1月1日至2018年12月31日崔学教教授在广州中医药大学第一附属医院门诊收治的214例符合纳入标准的2型糖尿病型阳痿患者病案资料作为研究对象。应用数据挖掘技术分别从中医证候、药物药性、药物归经、药物频次、关联规则以及复杂系统熵聚类等方面对筛选符合标准的处方进行回顾性分析。结果各个年龄组证候表现出特异性分布,实证和虚证所占比例相当;四气属性分析发现,药物以温补为主;五味属性频次分析发现,药物以辛、甘为主。归经则以心、肝、脾、肾经为主;淫羊藿、肉苁蓉出现的频次最多;层次聚类分析,得出核心用药组合6个。结论崔学教教授治疗2型糖尿病型阳痿以温、补药为主,佐以辛甘化阳之品,取得较好临床疗效。并且根据数据挖掘进行方药规律研究,可以较好地总结名老中医的学术经验。Objective To explore the clinical experience of professor Cui Xuejiao in the treatment of type 2 diabetic impotence.Methods 214 patients with type 2 diabetic impotence who admitted to the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 1,2016 to December 31,2018 were selected as the subjects.Data mining technology was used to retrospectively analyze the prescriptions that met the screening standards from the aspects of TCM syndrome,drug properties,drug meridian,drug frequency,association rules and complex system entropy clustering.Results The syndromes of each age group showed a specific distribution,and the proportion of positive and deficiency syndromes was equal.The analysis on four Qi attributes found that the main drug is warm tonic.The frequency analysis of five flavor attributes showed that the main drugs were Xin and Gan.The heart,liver,spleen and kidney are the main meridians.Epimedium and Cistanche appeared the most frequently.Six core drug combinations were obtained by hierarchical cluster analysis.Conclusions Professor Cui Xuejiao treated type 2 diabetic impotence mainly with warm and tonic drugs,and supplemented with Xin,Gan and huayang drugs,which achieved good clinical effect.In addition,research on the laws of formula based on data mining can better summarize the academic experience of famous and old Chinese medicine practitioners.
