摘　　要：房中术作为古代四大方技之一,虽然夹杂封建思想的糟粕,但其主流思想是健康的,虽不能“飞升”但可“养生”,虽不能“长生不老”但可“夫妻长乐”。近代性医学研究因《人类性反应》的出版取得了长足进步,两者理论体系虽然不同,但是很多地方异曲同工,笔者以《人类性反应》所提出的性周期为纲,将所收集文献重新编排顺序整理,浅谈房中著述在各阶段的指导应用。As one of the four traditional techniques in ancient China,Fangzhong Shu was mixed with the dross of feudal thought,but its mainstream thought was healthy.Although it could not help to"rise",it could"keep in good health".Although it could not help to"live forever",it could help"realize happiness of chouple".Modern sexual medicine researches have made great progress with the publication of Human Sexual Response.Although both have different theoretical systems,they have many similarities in many places.This paper takes the sexual cycle proposed by Human Sexual Response as the guiding principle,re-compiles the collected literatures,to explore the guidance and application of Fangzhong works in each stage.
