摘　　要：目的观察阴茎Queyrat增殖性红斑的临床诊断、治疗及随访特点。方法选取2014年1月至2017年12月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院男科诊治的4例阴茎Queyrat增殖性红斑患者作为研究对象。其中3例病损在包皮处,1例病损在龟头处;3例包皮过长,1例包茎,均未行包皮环切术。包皮处病损的3例行包皮环切术(切缘距离病损1.0~1.5cm),龟头处病损的1例行病损切除术。随访12个月,观察治疗效果。结果 3例包皮处病损随访期间未见复发,1例龟头处病损5个月后再次复发,行阴茎部分切除术,随访期间未再复发。结论阴茎Queyrat增殖性红斑是一种发生于表皮内的罕见的癌前病变/原位癌,手术切除仍是治疗的主要方法,但切除不彻底容易复发,应注意术后随访。Objective To observe the clinical diagnosis, treatment and follow-up characteristics of Queyrat erythroplasia of the penis. Methods 4 patients with Queyrat erythroplasia treated in the Department of Andrology of Drum Tower Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Nanjing University from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects. Among them, 3 cases suffered from prepuce, 1 case from glans;3 cases was redundant prepuce and 1 case was phimosis, no circumcision was performed. 3 cases with prepuce lesions underwent circumcision(about 1.0~1.5 cm from the incision margin) and one patient with glans lesions underwent circumcision. 4 patients were followed up for 12 months. Results There was no recurrence in 3 patients with prepuce lesions during the follow-up period. The patients with glans lesions relapsed again after 5 months and underwent partial penectomy, no recurrence occurred during the follow-up period. Conclusions Queyrat erythroplasia is a rare epidermal precancerous lesion/carcinoma in situ. Surgical resection is still the main method of treatment, but incomplete resection is prone to recurrence, and postoperative follow-up should be paid attention to.
