摘 要:目的分析男性不育患者解脲支原体(UU)与沙眼衣原体(CT)感染状况及药敏性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月新疆维吾尔自治区生殖健康医院诊治的460例男性不育患者作为观察组,另选取同期80例行健康体检已育男性作为对照组。检测UU与CT阳性表达率,并以药敏试验检测UU耐药性。结果观察组UU、CT、UU+CT阳性率分别为48.70%、16.52%、6.74%,明显高于对照组的17.50%、2.50%、0.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在12种药物药敏试验中,UU对米诺环素(MIN)(96.88%)、强力霉素(DOX)(95.09%)、交沙霉素(JOS)(90.18%)、克拉霉素(CLA)(89.29%)、四环素(TET)(87.05%)、莫西沙星(MOX)(84.38%)敏感度较高;对加替沙星(GAT)、司帕沙星(SPA)、左氧氟沙星(LEV)、阿奇霉素(AZI)敏感度较低;对罗红霉素(ROX)(56.70%)、环丙沙星(CIP)(75.00%)表现为耐药。结论男性不育患者UU、CT感染率较高,其中以UU感染为主,UU对MIN、DOX、JOS、CLA、TET、MOX敏感度较高,可将其作为首选药物。Objective To analyze the infection and drug sensitivity of Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) and Chlamydia trachomatis(CT) in male infertility patients. Methods 460 male infertility patients diagnosed and treated in Reproductive Health Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group, and 80 fertile male patients who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The positive expression rates of UU and CT were detected, and the drug resistance of UU was detected by drug sensitivity test. Results The positive rates of UU, CT and UU+CT in the observation group were 48.70%, 16.52% and 6.74%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group(17.50%, 2.50%, 0.00%), with statistical significance(P<0.05). Among the 12 drug susceptibility tests, UU was highly sensitive to minocycline(MIN)(96.88%), doxycycline(DOX)(95.09%), josamycin(JOS)(90.18%), clarithromycin(CLA)(89.29%), tetracycline(TET) and moxifloxacin(MOX)(84.38%). The sensitivity to gatifloxacin(GAT), sparfloxacin(SPA), levofloxacin(LEV) and azithromycin(AZI) was low. They were resistant to roxithromycin(ROX)(56.70%) and ciprofloxacin(CIP)(75.00%). Conclusions The infection rate of UU and CT in male infertility patients is higher, and UU is the main infection. UU is highly sensitive to MIN, DOX, JOS, CLA, TET and MOX, so it can be used as the first choice drug.
