崔学教辨治不育用药规律探讨

摘　　要：目的应用"中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)"对崔学教教授治疗不育的方药进行统计分析,探讨崔学教教授辨治不育用药规律。方法收集2016年6月至2018年1月崔学教教授于广州中医药大学第一附属医院门诊诊治不育症的365张有效处方,录入"中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)"并进行数据挖掘,分析崔学教教授治疗不育的用药规律。结果筛选出115例患者的共365张处方,含中药160味。用药频次居前3位的中药是菟丝子、桑椹、覆盆子;四气统计以温、平为多,五味以甘、苦为主;药物功效分类统计中前4位分别为补虚药、清热药、收涩药、活血化瘀药。共提取出"柴胡-肉苁蓉-巴戟天-淫羊藿""法半夏-紫苏-大腹皮"等药物核心组合以及"肉苁蓉-巴戟天-淫羊藿-覆盆子-柴胡""法半夏-紫苏-大腹皮-厚朴"等演化新处方。结论崔学教教授治疗不育多从肝肾亏虚、脾胃湿热、气滞血瘀的角度论治,临床上除辨病与辨证相结合、随症加减外,治疗需重点注意始终围绕益肾填精、养肝补血这一基本原则。Objective To explore the medication rule of Professor Cui Xuejiao in treatment infertility based on TCM Inheritance Supporting Platform(V2.5).Methods A total of 365 effective prescriptions for infertility trea-ted by Professor Cui Xuejiao in the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2016 to January 2018 were collected and recorded into the TCM Inheritance Supporting Platform(V2.5)for data mining to analyze the medication rules of Professor Cui Xuejiao in the treatment of infertility.Results A total of 365 prescriptions for 115 patients,including 160 TCM flavors,were screened out.The top 3 traditional Chinese medicines were dodder,mulberry and raspberry.The four properties of the enrolled herbs were dominated by warm and neutral properties,the five tastes of the enrolled herbs were dominated by sweet,bitter flavors.In the classification statistics of drug efficacy,the top four were drugs for tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,reducing astringency,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The core drug combinations extracted are"Chaihu(Chinese thorowax root)-Roucongrong(Desertliving Cistanche)-Bajitian(morinda root)-Yinyan-ghuo(epimedium herb)","Fabanxia(processed pinellia tuber)-Zisu(purple perilla)-Dafupi(areca peel)",and new evolutionary prescriptions of"Roucongrong(Desertliving Cistanche)-Bajitian(morinda root)-Yinyanghuo(epimedium herb)-Fupengzi(palmleaf raspberry fruit)-Chaihu(Chinese thorowax root)",and"Fabanxia(processed pinellia tu-ber)-Zisu(purple perilla)-Dafupi(areca peel)-Houpo(officinal magnolia bark)",etc..Conclusions Cui Xuejiao treats infertility from the perspectives of deficiency of liver and kidney,dampness and heat of spleen and stomach,qi stagnation and blood stasis.In addition to syndrome differentiation and treatment with the disease plus or minus,the treatment should focus on the basic principle of filling kidney essence,nourishing liver and blood.
