补中益气汤辅助腹腔镜下高位骶韧带悬吊术治疗盆腔脏器脱垂的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析补中益气汤辅助腹腔镜下高位骶韧带悬吊术治疗盆腔脏器脱垂的效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月冀中能源峰峰集团有限公司总医院收治的75例盆腔脏器脱垂患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=38)和对照组(n=37)。对照组给予腹腔镜下高位骶韧带悬吊术治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上增服补中益气汤。对比两组疗效、超声指标、随访1年两组复发率。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组静息状态下及Valsalva状态下肛提肌厚度均增大,盆隔裂面积及尿道倾斜角均减小(P<0.05),与对照组比较,研究组治疗后上述指标改善效果更佳(P<0.05);随访1年,研究组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤辅助腹腔镜下高位骶韧带悬吊术治疗盆腔脏器脱垂效果显著,能改善超声指标、盆底功能,降低复发率。Objective To analyze the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction assisted laparoscopic high sacral ligament suspension in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse.Methods 75 patients with pelvic organ prolapse ad-mitted to the General Hospital of Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Group Co.Ltd.from March 2018 to March 2019 were se-lected,and divided into study group(n=38)and control group(n=37)according to random number table meth-od.The control group was treated with high sacral ligament suspension under laparoscope,and the research group was additionally treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.The curative effect,ultrasound index and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups after 1 year follow-up.Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the thickness of levator ANI muscle increased in the resting state and Valsalva state,while the area of pelvic septum and urethral inclination decreased in both groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement effect of the above indexes in the research group was bet-ter(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Buzhong Yiqi Decoction assisted laparoscopic high sacral ligament suspension has significant effect in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse,which can improve the ultrasonic index,pelvic floor function and reduce the recurrence rate.
