摘 要:为考查细支卷烟辅材参数对主流烟气苯并[a]芘(B[a]P)释放量的影响效应,运用均匀设计方法进行试验方案的设计,采用逐步回归法建立B[a]P释放量与卷烟纸透气度(X_(1))、接装纸透气度(X_(2))、成型纸透气度(X_(3))、滤嘴丝束规格(X_(4))4种不同辅材参数的回归方程,并对优化后的辅材参数进行了验证,结果表明:4种辅材对B[a]P释放量影响的大小顺序为X_(3)>X_(4)>X_(2)>X_(1),且各因素均与B[a]P释放量呈负效应;各因素或因素的交互对目标值影响的大小顺序为X_(2) X_(3)>X_(1) X_(4)>X_(3)^(2)>X_(4),其中X_(3)^(2)、X_(4)与B[a]P释放量呈正相关,X_(2) X_(3)、X_(1) X_(4)与B[a]P释放量呈负相关;B[a]P释放量较低的辅材参数组合为卷烟纸透气度100 CU,接装纸透气度800 CU,成型纸透气度26000 CU,滤嘴丝束规格6.0Y/17000,预测值与试验组的最低值相比,B[a]P释放量降低了39.30%.In order to explore the effects of slim cigarette material parameters on benzo[a]pyrene(B[a]P)delivery in mainstream smoke,the uniform design method was used to design the test plan,and the stepwise regression method was used to establish the regression equations between the release of B[a]P and slim cigarette auxiliary material factors,including cigarette paper permeability(X1),tipping paper permeability(X2),plug wrapper permeability(X3),tow specification in the filter(X4).The optimized auxiliary material parameters were verified.The results showed that the sequence of every factor on the B[a]P yield was X3>X4>X2>X1,and all the factors had negative effects on the release of B[a]P.The order of the influence of each factor or interaction of factors on the target value was as follows:X_(2) X_(3)>X_(1) X_(4)>X_(3)^(2)>X_(4),the positive correlation with the delivery of B[a]P were X_(3)^(2) and X_(4),and the negative correlation with the delivery of B[a]P were X_(2) X_(3) and X_(1) X_(4).The optimized auxiliary material combination for low B[a]P delivery were 100 CU(X_(1)),800 CU(X_(2)),26000 CU(X_(3)),6.0Y/17000(X_(4)).Compared with the lowest B[a]P in the experimental group,the predicative value of the B[a]P delivery in mainstream smoke of slim cigarette decreased by 39.3%.
