摘 要:闭式冷却塔广泛应用于大型水冷空调系统中,其效率会对空调机组的COP产生很大影响。为了分析结构及运行参数对蒸发式闭式冷却塔冷却性能的影响,对冷却塔内部的换热机理进行分析,并建立了盘管传热传质的数学模型,选取了研究变量,确定了研究条件。结合Matlab改变单一参数对数学模型进行计算,得到结构及运行参数的改变对冷却水出口温度及冷却效率的影响趋势,为闭式冷却塔结构及运行设计优化提供了理论指导。Closed cooling tower is widely used in large water cooling air conditioning system,and its efficiency has great influence on COP of air conditioning unit.In order to analyze the influence of structure and operation parameters on the cooling performance of evaporative closed cooling tower,the heat transfer mechanism inside the cooling tower was analyzed,and a mathematical model of coil heat and mass transfer was established.The research variables were selected and the research conditions were determined.The mathematical model was calculated by using Matlab to change a single parameter,and the influence trend of the change of structure and operation parameters on the cooling water outlet temperature and cooling efficiency was obtained,which provided theoretical guidance for the structure and operation design optimization of closed cooling tower.
