摘 要:针对惯性圆锥破碎机独特的非定量压缩特点,通过试验研究不同的物料组成、设备参数和操作条件变化对惯性圆锥破碎机处理量和产品粒度的影响规律。试验结果表明,处理量对排料间隙的变化较为敏感,随着排料间隙的增大而线性提高,随激振器转速的增加而降低;给料尺寸的变化对处理量的影响较小。相对于均匀给料方式,增加粗颗粒或细颗粒占比能适当降低破碎产品粒度;在试验选取的排料间隙范围内,破碎产品粒度随着排料间隙的增大而变粗。与排料间隙变化相比,激振器的转速变化在降低产品粒度方面的效果更加明显;当激振器转速提高到一定程度时,产品粒度变化趋于平缓。研究有助于揭示非定量压缩方式下惯性圆锥破碎机工作过程和产品特性的变化规律,为复杂工况下的破碎过程机理研究提供依据。According to the unique non-quantitative compression characteristics of inertia cone crusher,the influence of different feed sizes,equipment parameters and operating conditions on the crusher throughput and product size of inertia cone crusher was studied through experiments.The experimental results show that,the crusher throughput is more sensitive to the change of discharge gap and it increases linearly with the increase of discharge gap,but decreases with the increase of exciter speed.The effect of feed size on the crusher throughput is not obvious.Compared with the average feeding condition,increasing the proportion of coarse or fine particles can reduce the particle size of crushing products to some extent.In the range of discharge gap selected in the test,the particle size of the crushing product becomes coarser with the increase of discharge gap.Compared with the variation of discharge gap,the change of exciter speed has greater influence on reducing the granularity of product.When the exciter speed increases to some extent,the change of product granularity tends to be stable.This study is helpful to reveal the changing rules of working process and product characteristics of inertia cone crusher under the non-quantitative compression mode,and provides a basis for the study of the crushing process mechanism under complex working conditions.
