现代性视野下中国农民的“五四”影像

摘　　要：中国“五四”文学的现代性与社会的现代化基本步调一致,主要目的是为中国寻出路,主要表现出“启蒙的”“审美的”和“革命的”三副现代性面孔。“五四”现代性主要起源于西方,但并没有照搬照抄,而是被本土化、当下化了。因此,无论提出何种文学主张,最终都会呈现出“救亡”姿态,只是探寻的路径和策略有所差异。文章以“五四”乡土小说中的农民形象作为观察点,以期看到启蒙的乡土小说中农民形象的反命题;审美的乡土小说对前现代乡村社会的乌托邦想象和中国农民原始生命力的推崇;革命的乡土小说以审美的形式去表现被启蒙后的农民是如何走上革命道路的。The modernity of Chinese“May 4th”literature has basically kept pace with the modernization of society.The main purpose is to find a way out for China in the era of salvation.It mainly shows the three aspects of modernity,namely,enlightenment,aesthetics and revolution.The resources of the“May 4th”modernity mainly come from the West,it was not copied modernity,but it was localized and modernized.Therefore,no matter what modernity concept and what literary propositions the Enlightenment Modernity,Aesthetic Modernity,and Revolutionary Modernity adhere to,they will eventually show a“salvation”attitude,but there are differences in the search paths and strategies.Taking the image of the peasants in the local novels of the“May 4th”Movement as an observation fulcrum,we can see the anti-proposition of the image of the peasants in the“Enlightenment Local Novels”,that is,the inferiority of“feudal subjects”.The“Aesthetic Local Novel”respects the Utopian imagination of the pre-modern rural society,and the respect for the primitive vitality of Chinese peasants,which gives Chinese farmers present a positive and healthy image.The“revolutionary local novel”was born out of enlightenment modernity and aesthetic modernity.It expresses in an aesthetic form how the farmers embarked on the revolutionary road after the enlightenment.
