摘 要:全桥LLC变换器拓扑简单,易于实现所有开关管的软开关,被广泛应用于中大功率场合。针对全桥LLC变换器,建立了变换器的共模噪声模型,分析了共模噪声源和共模噪声耦合路径,提出了基于平衡电容的共模噪声抵消方法,并给出了变压器寄生电容参数的提取方法。最后通过实验验证了模型的准确性和方法的可行性。Full-bridge LLC converters have been widely applied in medium-to-high power applications because of their simple topologies and ease of achieving soft-switching for all power switches.In this paper,the common-mode noise model of a full-bridge LLC converter is established,and the common-mode noise source and common-mode noise coupling path are analyzed.Moreover,a common-mode noise cancellation method based on balance capacitor is proposed,and the extraction method for the transformer’s parasitic capacitance is given.Finally,the correctness of the established model and the feasibility of the proposed method were verified by experimental results.
