摘　　要：医院获得性肺炎是医院常见感染病,具有较高的发病率和致死率,已经发展成为社会公共卫生问题。医院获得性肺炎的发生,严重影响患者疾病治疗和预后。本文综述医院获得性肺炎发病机制、诊断方法、治疗方案及预防,进一步为临床医院获得性肺炎的诊断和治疗提供一定的参考依据。Hospital acquired pneumonia is a common infectious disease in hospitals with a high morbidity and fatality rate.It has developed into a social public health problem.The occurrence of hospital-acquired pneumonia seriously affects the treatment and prognosis of patients.This article reviews the pathogenesis,diagnosis methods,treatment plans and prevention of hospital acquired pneumonia,and further provides a certain reference basis for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical hospital acquired pneumonia.
