护理干预对降低冠心病患者十二导动态心电图机伪差的影响

摘　　要：目的探究护理干预对降低冠心病患者动态心电图伪差的作用效果。方法选取2018年11月~2019年11月在我院进行治疗的冠心病患者72例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各36例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合护理干预。比较两组心电图伪差的发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组的心电图伪差的发生率为2.78%,低于对照组的19.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为97.22%,高于对照组的72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的精神状态、生理功能、情感职能、社会功能的生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者采用综合护理干预方式有助于降低动态心电图伪差几率,提高护理满意度,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on reducing the artifacts of dynamic electrocardiogram in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 72 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group adopts conventional nursing methods,and the observation group adopts comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The occurrence of ECG artifacts and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of ECG artifacts in the observation group was 2.78%,which was lower than 19.44%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 72.22%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The quality of life scores of mental state,physiological function,emotional function,and social function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease is helpful to reduce the false probability of dynamic electrocardiogram and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
