摘  要:大量海上风电接入电网导致系统等效惯量降低,系统频率稳定将面临挑战。由于海上风电场与柔性直流输电系统(VSC-HVDC)具有潜在调频能力,针对海上风电经柔直并网系统提出一种改进协调频率控制策略。在海上风电机组与柔性直流输电系统采取虚拟惯量控制的基础上,对岸上换流站附加功率-电压辅助控制,弥补因风电机组虚拟惯量控制后降低的输出功率,保证一定惯量支撑的同时进一步改善系统最大频率偏差,提升系统频率质量。同时对直流侧控制器主要参数进行了分析和整定,利用logistics约束函数以确保附加功率-电压辅助控制在不同扰动下直流电压不越限。仿真结果表明,提出的控制方法能够提升系统等效惯量的同时进一步改善最大频率偏差,并且具有良好的适应性。Massive access of offshore wind farms to the power system reduces system equivalent inertia and destabilizes system frequency.Considering the potential frequency control capability of offshore wind farms and Voltage Source Converter based High Voltage Direct Current(VSC-HVDC)Transmission system,this paper proposed an improved coordinated frequency control strategy for offshore wind farm connected by VSC-HVDC.Based on the virtual inertia control of the offshore wind farms and the VSC-HVDC system,additional power-voltage control loop was added to the onshore converter to compensate for the reduced output power after the virtual inertia control of the offshore wind farm.The introduction of additional power-voltage control loop ensured a certain inertia support and provide effective support for the maximum frequency deviation.This paper discussed how to select frequency controller parameters at the DC side and adopted logistics function to ensure that the additional power-voltage control will not exceed the limit of the DC voltage variation under different disturbances.The simulation results show that the proposed strategy,which is well adaptive,improves the equivalent inertia of the system and decreases the maximum frequency deviation.
