摘 要:辣椒疫病是威胁辣椒生产主要病害,改良品种抗性是解决这一问题最有效途径。选用对辣椒疫霉菌3号生理小种免疫的高代自交系ZCM334为父本抗源,构建F1、BC1F1、F2群体分析辣椒抗疫病遗传规律性。结果表明,在感病对照全部发病时,ZCM334对辣椒疫霉菌3号生理小种抗性由一对显性主效基因控制;利用SLAFBSA技术对BC1F1抗、感极端分离群体混池测序,将辣椒抗疫病基因定位在辣椒第5号染色体5.1 Mb范围内,候选区域内共有26个候选基因,为下一步目标基因精细定位奠定基础。Phytophthora blight is the main disease threatening the production of pepper.Improving the resistance of varieties is the most effective method to solve this problem.The high generation inbred line ZCM334,which was immune to Phytophthora capsici No.3 physiological species,was used as the paternal parent resistance source.The F1,BC1F1 and F2 populations were constructed to analyze the genetic characteristics of pepper resistance to phytophthora blight.The results showed that the resistance of ZCM334 to phytophthora blight was controlled by a pair of dominant gene,when all the susceptible controls diseased.SLAF-BSA technique was used to sequencing the resistant and susceptible populations of BC1F1.The phytophthora resistance gene was located in the range of 5.1 Mb on chromosome 5 of pepper.There were 26 candidate genes in the candidate region,and it laid the foundation for the further fine mapping of target genes.
