摘 要:选用FACHB-8和FACHB-2104为试验藻种,利用人工气候培养箱,在废水添加量为10%时,对比微藻在不同光照周期生长情况及对培养液中污染物去除情况。结果表明,秸秆过滤后废水培养微藻表现优于过滤前,过滤组微藻生长速率更快,且添加过滤后废水试验组氨氮、总氮、总磷、COD去除率均优于未过滤组。在光照周期24 h0 h试验组中,两种微藻对混合牛场废水培养基中氨氮、总氮、总磷、COD去除率分别达100%、95.8%、99.8%、80.2%和99.2%、93.2%、99.8%、78.8%,均可较好适应添加过滤后牛场废水培养环境。研究为微藻处理牛场废水工业化应用提供理论依据。The Chlorella vulgaris(FACHB-8)and Kirchneriella obesa(FACHB-2104)were employed as the experimental algae species,and the artificial climate incubator was used to compare the growth of microalgae in different light cycles and the removal of pollutants in the culture solution,when the amount of wastewater added was 10%.The results showed that the culture of microalgae in wastewater after straw filtration performed better than that before filtration,the growth rate of microalgae in the filter group was faster,and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen,the total nitrogen,the total phosphorus,and COD in the wastewater test group after filtration was significantly better than that of the unfiltered group.In the 24 h:0 h light cycle test group,the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen,the total nitrogen,the total phosphorus,and COD in the mixed cattle farm wastewater medium by the two kinds of microalgae reached 100%,95.8%,99.8%,80.2%and 99.2%,93.2%,99.8%,78.8%,respectively.The two kinds of microalgae could be better adapted to the culture environment of cattle farm wastewater after adding filtration.This study provided a theoretical basis for the industrial application of microalgae in the treatment of cattle farm wastewater.
