摘  要:基于丰富的海盐文化遗址、遗存及其他海盐资源,潍坊海盐文化和旅游的融合局面已经初步呈现,这既反映在理念和职能层面,也在实践中有明显表达。但二者在融合中,存在低层次规划和现代旅游需求之间的矛盾、海盐文化旅游产品急需创新、海盐文化旅游人才缺乏等问题。为此,需要在坚持政府主导、保护优先且保护利用相结合、可持续发展等原则的指引下,深入挖掘和整理海盐文化资源,克服资源较为分散、地面以上可视性资源较少的劣势,把握好文化和旅游的“最大公约数”,创新开发海盐文化旅游产品和旅游纪念品,倾力打造海盐盐区的“会”“节”和会节旅游,开发盐文化特色饮食等,促进潍坊海盐文化和旅游的深度融合。Based on rich salt sites, remains and other salt cultural resources, the integration of Weifang sea salt culture and tourism has been initially appeared, which is not only reflected in the concept and function, but also obviously expressed in practice. However, there are many problems in the integration: conflicts between low-level planning and modern tourism requirements;sea salt cultural tourism products and souvenirs are in urgent need of innovation;lacking of professionals of sea salt culture and tourism. Therefore, we should adhere to the following principles: government leading, protection priority and the combination of protection and utilization, sustainable development. At the same time, Weifang government can promote the deep integration by deeply excavating and collecting resources, overcoming the shortcoming of scattered and less visible resources above ground, innovating the products and souvenirs of sea salt culture tourism, making great efforts to create the "meeting" "festival" and "festival tourism", developing the salt diet.
