分子筛对噻吩的氧化脱除及动力学研究

摘  要:以正辛烷为溶剂、噻吩(THP)为模型含硫化合物组成模拟轻质油品,在Ti-MCM-41/H_(2)O_(2)·HCOOH氧化体系中对模拟轻质油品进行氧化抽提脱硫实验。通过正交试验和结果分析,得出最佳反应时间、温度、双氧水加入量和各因素影响显著性主次顺序。并进一步考察了分子筛不同用量、重复利用次数对反应脱硫率和油品收率的影响。动力学研究表明,以Ti-MCM-41/H_(2)O_(2)·HCOOH为催化氧化体系,模拟汽油中噻吩的脱除反应为表观一级反应,反应的活化能为E_(a)=40.18 kJ/mol。本方法的噻吩脱除率96.6%,油收率98.7%。A simulated oil consisting of thiophene as model sulfur compounds and n-octane as solvent were employed for the oxidative extraction desulfurization in catalytic oxidative system of Ti-MCM-41/H_(2)O_(2)·HCOOH.Using orthogonal design,the optimum reaction of time,temperature,amount of the hydrogen peroxide and all significant factors affecting primary and secondary order were obtained.Under this optimum condition,the influences of dosage and reuse times of Ti-MCM-41 on removal ratio of thiophene were investigated.From the kinetics study,it can be shown that the reaction is a pseudo first-order reaction,and the activation energy is E_(a)=40.18 kJ/mol.The removal ratio of thiophene was 96.6%and gasoline yield was 98.7%under optimum conditions in this method.
