推拿整脊手法联合反悬吊牵引治疗脊柱侧弯 综合征的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨推拿整脊手法联合反悬吊牵引治疗脊柱侧弯综合征的临床分析。方法选择2012年5月—2019年5月该院90例脊柱侧弯综合征且伴有慢性疼痛患者,随机数字表法分为两组,对照组、观察组各45例。对照组实施推拿整脊手法治疗,观察组在此基础上增加反悬吊牵引治疗,比较两组形态学指标、椎弓根对称度以及疼痛程度。结果治疗6个月后,观察组Cobb角(23.12±1.03)°、躯干位移距离(17.13±0.95)mm、顶椎旋转度为(1.56±0.64)°均较对照组(27.87±1.42)°、(20.85±1.12)mm、(1.99±0.76)°低,差异有统计学意义(t=18.164、16.992、2.903,P<0.05);观察组治疗后椎弓根对称情况好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.553,P=0.011);观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分为(1.93±0.46)分较对照组(3.83±0.71)分低,差异有统计学意义(t=15.066,P<0.05)。结论推拿整脊手法联合反悬吊牵引治疗可改善脊柱侧弯综合征伴慢性疼痛患者Cobb角、躯干位移距离以及顶椎旋转度,改善椎弓根对称情况,降低疼痛程度。Objective To explore the clinical analysis of massage chiropractic combined with anti-suspension traction in the treatment of scoliosis syndrome.Methods A total of 90 patients with scoliosis syndrome and chronic pain in the hospital from May 2012 to May 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group and the observation group with 45 cases each.The control group received massage and chiropractic treatment,and the observation group added anti-suspension traction treatment on this basis.The two groups were compared with morphological indicators,pedicle symmetry and pain degree.Results After 6 months of treatment,the observation group's Cobb angle(23.12±1.03)°,trunk displacement distance(17.13±0.95)mm,and vertebral rotation(1.56±0.64)°were all compared with the control group(27.87±1.42)°,(20.85±1.12)mm,(1.99±0.76)°was low,the difference was statistically significant(t=18.164,16.992,2.903,P<0.05);the symmetry of the pedicle of the observation group after treatment is better than that of the control group.There was statistical significance(Z=-2.553,P=0.011);the visual analogue scoring(VAS)score of the observation group after treatment was(1.93±0.46)points lower than that of the control group(3.83±0.71)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.066,P<0.05).Conclusion Massage chiropractic combined with anti-suspension traction can improve the Cobb angle,trunk displacement and vertebral rotation in patients with scoliosis syndrome with chronic pain,improve pedicle symmetry,and reduce pain.
