葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液佐治小儿轻度腹泻临床有效性研究

摘　　要：目的分析小儿轻度腹泻疾病治疗应用葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液佐治的临床有效性。方法利用分组研究法对该院在2017年5月—2019年9月收治的98例患儿进行研究,其中参考组患儿(n=49)采用常规治疗,研究组患儿(n=49)在常规治疗基础上行葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液佐治,对比两组患儿最终治疗效果。结果研究组患儿用药后心肌酶水平以及用药后炎性因子水平均好于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿用药后总治疗有效率(97.96%)高于参考组患儿用药后总治疗有效率(81.63%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.127,P<0.05);研究组患儿家属用药后总满意度(100.00%)高于参考组患儿家属用药后总满意度(81.63%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.900,P<0.05)。结论小儿轻度腹泻疾病治疗应用葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液佐治的临床有效性极高,患儿接受治疗后临床各项指标良好,且患儿炎性因子水平得到极大缓解,患儿用药后不良反应发生概率较低。Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of calcium and zinc gluconate oral solution in the treatment of children with mild diarrhea.Methods A group study method was used to study 98 patients admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to September 2019.Patients in the reference group(n=49)received conventional treatment,and patients in the study group(n=49)received conventional treatment.The treatment basis was as follows:calcium and zinc gluconate oral solution for adjuvant treatment,and the final treatment effect of two groups of patients was compared.Results The levels of myocardial enzymes and inflammatory factors after medication in the study group were better than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total treatment efficiency of the study group after medication(97.96%)was higher than that in the reference group of the total treatment efficiency(81.63%)after medication,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.127,P<0.05);the total family satisfaction degree of children in the study group after medication(100.00%)was higher than that of the reference group(81.63%)after medication,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.900,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of mild diarrhea in children,the clinical effectiveness of calcium and zinc gluconate oral solution as an adjuvant treatment is extremely high.The clinical indicators of the child are good after treatment,and the level of inflammatory factors in the child is greatly alleviated,and the child has adverse reactions after medication low probability.
