硝苯地平与厄贝沙坦联合治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨硝苯地平同厄贝沙坦联合治疗对糖尿病合并高血压的疗效。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月期间收治的糖尿病合并高血压患者66例为观察对象,采取随机分组,对照组患者33例应用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组患者33例采用硝苯地平与厄贝沙坦联合治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果患者经用药治疗后观察组的临床总有效率更高,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后临床观察指标,观察组舒张压、收缩压、空腹血糖、餐后血糖、24 h尿微量清蛋白情况改善更为明显且不良反应发生率只为6.06%,同对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并高血压患者应用硝苯地平与厄贝沙坦联合治疗,疗效显著,血糖控制和血压控制平稳,不良反应少。Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined treatment of nifedipine and irbesartan on diabetes with hypertension.Methods A total of 66 patients with diabetes and hypertension who were admitted between February 2019 and February 2020 were selected as observation objects.Randomization was adopted.33 patients in the control group were treated with irbesartan,and 33 patients in the observation group were treated with nitrobenzene.Combination therapy with irbesartan and irbesartan to compare the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher after the patients were treated with medicine,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical observation indicators after treatment showed that the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and 24 h urine microalbumin in the observation group improved more significantly,and the adverse reaction rate was only 6.06%,which was more statistically significant difference than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of nifedipine and irbesartan in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension has significant curative effect,stable blood glucose control and blood pressure control,and few adverse reactions.
