小柴胡汤加减治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析小柴胡汤加减治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床价值。方法随机选取2019年6月—2020年5月该院门诊治疗的76例2型糖尿病患者,随机数字表法分为常规组与观察组。常规组38例,实施常规西医治疗;观察组38例,实施常规治疗联合小柴胡汤加减治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的血糖指标、中医证候积分以及临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的FBG、2 hPBG、HbAlc水平均有所降低,与常规组相比,观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的中医证候积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组、观察组治疗总有效率为73.68%、97.37%,观察组高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者应用小柴胡加减治疗,患者的血糖指标水平明显得到控制,且能够降低患者中医证候积分,提高治疗有效率。Objective To analyze the clinical value of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods 76 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the outpatient department of the hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were randomly selected and divided into a routine group and an observation group by a random number table.38 cases in the routine group received conventional western medicine treatment;38 cases in the observation group received conventional treatment combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction.The blood glucose indicators,TCM syndrome scores and clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of FBG,2 hPBG,and HbAlc of the two groups of patients decreased,compared with the conventional group,the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than the treatment before,and the observation group was lower than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the conventional group and the observation group was 73.68%and 97.37%,and the observation group was higher than the conventional group,with significant differences between the groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with Xiaochaihu can significantly control the blood glucose level of the patients,and can reduce the patients'TCM syndrome scores and improve the treatment efficiency.
