海棠消渴汤联合二甲双胍与胰岛素治疗糖尿病的疗效及对控制血糖、糖化血红蛋白的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究糖尿病患者选择海棠消渴汤联合二甲双胍与胰岛素对糖化血红蛋白以及血糖的影响。方法从该院2018年10月—2019年9月接收并进行治疗的糖尿病患者中抽取62例进行回顾性分析,分为对照组和研究组,各31例。对照组的31例患者选择常规二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗,研究组患者在选择二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗的基础上加用海棠消渴汤进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率为96.77%明显优于对照组常规治疗的有效率74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后研究组患者的2 hPG(8.02±1.02)mmol/L、HbAlc(6.12±0.32)%、FPG(6.34±0.65)mmol/L明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后其积分(11.42±2.56)分明显优于对照组治疗后的(16.96±3.36)分,也优于治疗前的积分(21.42±6.20)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病患者选择海棠消渴汤联合二甲双胍和胰岛素治疗可以起到较好的效果,提升了治疗有效率,有效控制了糖尿病患者的血糖水平。Objective To explore the effect of Haitang Xiaoke Decoction combined with metformin and insulin on glycated hemoglobin and blood sugar in diabetic patients.Methods From October 2018 to September 2019,62 diabetic patients treated in the hospital were selected for retrospective analysis,and they were divided into control group and study group with 31 cases each.The 31 patients in the control group were treated with conventional metformin combined with insulin;the patients in the study group were treated with Haitang Xiaoke Decoction in addition to metformin combined with insulin therapy.Compared the effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.77%,which was significantly better than that of the control group.The effective rate of conventional treatment was 74.19%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the 2 hPG(8.02±1.02)mmol/L,HbAlc(6.12±0.32)%,FPG(6.34±0.65)mmol/L,significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the study group of the score(11.42±2.56)points was significantly better than the control group's(16.96±3.36)points after treatment and also better than the pre-treatment score of(21.42±6.20)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For diabetic patients,choosing Haitang Xiaoke Decoction combined with metformin and insulin therapy can achieve better results,improve the effective rate of treatment,and effectively control the blood glucose level of diabetic patients.
