急诊糖尿病低血糖昏迷原因与护理措施分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊糖尿病低血糖昏迷原因与护理措施。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年12月该院急诊101例急诊糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者的资料,将其作为研究组。回顾性分析同期该院98例糖尿病未合并低血糖昏迷患者资料,将其作为对照组。通过比较两组资料,对糖尿病低血糖昏迷的发生原因进行单因素分析与多因素Logistic回归分析。结果研究组降糖药物治疗史、低蛋白血症、营养不良与肾功能不全的发生率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析显示,降糖药物治疗史、低蛋白血症、营养不良与肾功能不全是糖尿病低血糖昏迷的风险因素(P<0.05)。结论急诊糖尿病低血糖昏迷是多因素综合作用的结果,采取针对性的防治护理措施对该病的预后具有重要的意义。Objective To explore the causes of diabetic hypoglycemia coma in emergency department and nursing measures.Methods A retrospective analysis of the data of 101 emergency diabetic hypoglycemic coma patients in the emergency department of the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,as the research group.We retrospectively analyzed the data of 98 diabetic patients without hypoglycemia and coma in the hospital during the same period and used them as the control group.By comparing the data of the two groups,univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were performed on the causes of diabetic hypoglycemia coma.Results The incidence of hypoglycemic drug treatment history,hypoproteinemia,malnutrition and renal insufficiency in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the history of hypoglycemic drug treatment,hypoproteinemia,malnutrition and renal insufficiency were risk factors for diabetic hypoglycemia coma(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency diabetic hypoglycemia coma is the result of multi-factors.Taking targeted prevention and nursing measures is of great significance to the prognosis of the disease.
