分析饮食护理结合运动干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖及妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的评估运动干预与饮食管理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的临床价值。方法选择该院2018年2月—2019年2月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究样本,共70例,通过中心归类方法将患者计入为两组,分别为对照组(行常规护理)与实验组(行饮食护理联合运动干预),每组35例。将两组的血糖指标变化、妊娠结局、新生儿结局进行比较。结果护理后,实验组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的胎儿窘迫、巨大儿、早产、羊水过多等不良妊娠结局发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组新生儿出现高胆红素血症、低血糖的概率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动干预与饮食管理应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床护理中,可以有效控制血糖水平,改善妊娠结局及新生儿结局,具有理想的应用效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of exercise intervention and diet management in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods The patients with gestational diabetes in this hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the sample for this study.with a total of 70 cases.The patients were included into two groups through the central classification method,There were 35 cases in each of the control group(routine nursing)and the experimental group(diet nursing combined with exercise intervention).The changes of blood glucose index,pregnancy outcome and neonatal outcome of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and blood glucose level 2 h after meal of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group had unfavorable pregnancy such as fetal distress,macrosomia,premature delivery,and polyhydramnios The incidence of outcome was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the probability of hyperbilirubinemia and hypoglycemia in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of exercise intervention and diet management in the clinical nursing of patients with gestational diabetes can effectively control blood glucose levels,improve pregnancy outcomes and neonatal outcomes,and have ideal application effects.
