摘  要:内蒙古电网整体短路电流水平逐年升高,且因地区发展不平衡,部分地区短路电流超标问题严重,已成为限制电网发展和制约运行方式的重要因素,严重影响电网的安全稳定运行。以2016—2020年内蒙古电网短路电流变化结果为依据,分析短路电流分布特性和变化规律,采用二端口等值电路分析造成短路电流超标的主要影响因素,并总结近年来已采取的短路电流限制措施,研究分析基于故障电流限制器(FCL)的短路电流控制措施,最后得出故障电流限制器不仅能够针对性地解决短路电流超标问题,而且不会对系统安全稳定产生影响,但其在内蒙古电网中应用的必要性及可行性需进一步研究。With the rapid development of Inner Mongolia power grid,the overall level of short-circuit current will continue to rise.Due to regional imbalances,short circuit current exceeding standard becomes increasingly prominent in some areas.It has become an important factor limiting the development of the power grid and restricting the operation mode,which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the power grid.Combined with the short-circuit current varying results of Inner Mongolia power grid from 2016 to 2020,the distribution charactoristics and changing rules of short-circuit current are analyzed,and the main influencing factors affecting the short-circuit current are analyzed by a two-port equivalent circuit.Finally the short circuit current limiting measures adopted by Inner Mongolia Power Grid in recent years are summarized.The Fault Current Limiter(FCL)can partly resolve the problem of exceeding the standard without influence of the transient stability.However,the necessity and feasibility of applying FCL in Inner Mongolia Power Grid still needs further study.
