摘 要:采用宏观形貌观察、扫描电镜微观形貌观察、断口形态分析、后退角测量及傅立叶红外光谱分析等方法,分析了某在役110 kV复合绝缘子高压端护套开裂原因,阐述了护套开裂的完整过程及开裂机制。结果表明,复合绝缘子高压端护套开裂主要因为黏结质量不合格,使得高压端护套与金具的胶结层内形成气孔,在电场的长期作用下,气孔处发生局部放电,并引发金具温度升高,加速了高压端硅橡胶护套的老化;此外,裂纹位于护套变截面处,该部位应力较集中,也加速了裂纹的扩展。为了防止绝缘子护套再次开裂,提出加强对输电线路在役复合绝缘子的监督工作等建议。In this paper,the cracking cause of a 110 kV composite insulator high-voltage(HV)sheath is investigated by means of macroscopic morphology observation,scanning electron microscope(SEM)microscopic morphology observation,fracture morphology analysis,receding contact angle measurement and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)analysis,and then the cracking process and mechanism are described.The results indicate that the cracking of the HV sheath is mainly related to the unqualified bonding process,which cause the formation of air voids in the cement layer of the high-voltage sheath and the fittings.Under the influence of long-term electric field,partial discharge occurs at the air voids,causes the rising of the temperature of the fittings and the accelerated aging of HV sheath silicone rubber materials.Besides,the crack is located at the variable section of the sheath,where the stress is more concentrated,which also accelerates the extension of the crack.In order to prevent the insulator sheath from cracking again,it is proposed to strengthen the monitoring of the in-service composite insulators of transmission lines.
