苦参汤坐浴治疗急性肛裂69例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察苦参汤坐浴治疗急性肛裂的疗效,将急性肛裂患者138例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组69例,对照组患者采用常规方法治疗,观察组患者在此基础上配合苦参汤坐浴治疗,比较2组患者的疗效、疼痛评分、便血评分、临床症状缓解时间及复发情况。结果显示,观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者的疼痛评分、便血评分均低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者的临床症状缓解时间短于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者复发率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,苦参汤坐浴治疗急性肛裂患者可有效降低疼痛评分、便血评分,缩短临床症状缓解时间,降低复发率,效果显著。This study was to observe the effect of acute anal fissure treated with Kushen Tang(a TCM formula)for sitz bath,randomly divided 138 patients with acute anal fissure into control group(69 cases,routine therapy for acute anal fissure)and observation group(69 cases,routine therapy plus Kushen Tang sitz bath);then,compared both groups’ effect;the score ratings on pain and on hematochezia,the time for clinical symptoms relieved,and recurrence status.As results,in total effective rate,in the score ratings on pain and hematochezia,in the time for clinical symptoms relieved,and in recurrence rate,observation group was respectively higher,lower,shorter,and lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that Kushen Tang sitz bath can effectively reduce the score ratings on pain and hemotochezia,shorten relieved time of clinical symptoms,decline recurrence rate,and the efficacy is significant.
