摘 要:目的采用网络问卷调查平台调查全国中医类医院药学人才发展的情况,分析其影响因素并探讨对策。方法设计网络调查问卷,通过中华中医药学会医院药学分会向全国中医类医院调查药学人才发展情况,同时调查部分综合性医院及专科医院作为参考对比,要求由医院人事部门领导或药学部主任填写,同一医院只填写一份调查表。结果本次调查收回有效问卷1 198份,调查显示我国药学人员占比偏低(6.89%),中药职称人员占比药学人员比例较低(42%),中药职称药师的职称以药师为主,基层医院中、高级职称人员严重不足,各医院的人员类型均以在编人员为主,而业务量大的医院尝试去使用劳务租赁及医药企业延伸人员。结论中药学人员在医院的比例及职称基础薄弱,人员配置不足,有待进一步鼓励和提升中药人员的素质。OBJECTIVE To investigate the development of pharmaceutical talents in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) hospitals in China, analyze the influencing factors and discuss the countermeasures. METHODS An online questionnaire was designed to investigate the development of pharmaceutical talents in Chinese traditional medicine hospitals across the country through hospital pharmacy branch of China Association of TCM. Meanwhile, some general hospitals and specialized hospitals were investigated for reference and comparison. It is required to be completed by the head of the hospital′s personnel department or the head of the pharmacy department, and only one questionnaire was filled out in the same hospital. RESULTS A total of 1 198 effective questionnaires were taken back, the low proportion of our country′s pharmaceutical personnel according to the survey(6.89%), TCM title of pharmacy personnel proportion is low(42%). The professional titles of pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly pharmacists, while the senior professional titles of grassroots hospitals are seriously insufficient. The personnel types of all hospitals are mainly in the staff, while the hospitals with large business volume try to use labor leasing and extended personnel of pharmaceutical enterprises. CONCLUSION The proportion and professional title of TCM personnel in hospitals are weak, and the personnel allocation is insufficient. The quality of TCM personnel should be further encouraged and improved.
