摘  要:目的评估超声引导下肾活检选择哪侧肾脏更为合适,探讨更为安全的超声引导方案。方法回顾性分析超声引导下肾活检病例,共2458例,其中左肾穿刺409例,右肾穿刺2049例。对比两组间术后血肿大小情况及两组肾小球穿刺数目,比较两组差异。结果右肾术后血肿长度及宽度均小于左肾,大血肿发生率左肾术后发生率12.5%,明显多于右肾术后6.8%(P<0.01),且穿刺所得肾小球数量,右肾为(24.47±10.22)个,左肾为(21.60±9.52)个,两组间P<0.001。结论选取右肾行超声引导下肾活检更为安全,且取得小球数目较多,能保证肾病理的需求。Objective To evaluate which one of the kidneys was more appropriate for ultrasound-guided renal biopsy and explore a safer ultrasound-guided option.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on ultrasound-guided renal biopsies in our hospital,with a total of 2458 cases,consisting of 409 cases of left renal puncture and 2049 cases of right renal puncture.The postoperative hematoma and the glomerular number obtained were compared between the two groups to find the differences.Results After puncture,the hematoma length and width in the right kidney were less than those in the left one.The incidence of large hematoma was 12.5%in the left kidney and 6.8%in right one,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The number of glomeruli obtained in right kidney was 24.47±10.22 and 21.60±9.52 in the left one,also with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusions Ultrasound-guided renal biopsy of the right kidney is the preferred technique,and the number of glomeruli obtained is higher to satisfy the requirements for renal pathology.
