面部外伤的急诊整形外科治疗及效果探究

摘　　要：目的探讨面部外伤的急诊整形外科治疗及效果。方法纳入2018年1月—2019年1月收治的126例面部外伤患者,结合手术方式分组。常规组手术方式选择普通急诊清创缝合术,美容组实施急诊整形外科缝合术。比较VAS创面疼痛评分、伤口瘢痕美观VACS评分、治疗费用、患者满意度。结果美容组VAS创面疼痛评分、伤口瘢痕美观VACS评分低于常规组,治疗费用高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.723、23.335、39.806,P<0.05)。美容组满意度100.00%比常规组76.19%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.027,P<0.05)。结论面部外伤患者实施急诊整形外科缝合术效果确切,可提高伤口瘢痕美观度,减轻疼痛,提高了患者的满意度,但急诊整形外科缝合术相比传统常规清创缝合,也一定程度增加了医疗费用。Objective To discuss the emergency plastic surgery treatment and effect of facial trauma.Methods 126 patients with facial trauma admitted from January 2018 to January 2019 were included,and they were grouped according to surgical methods.In the routine group,general emergency debridement and suture were selected,and the cosmetology group received emergency plastic surgery.Compared VAS wound pain score,wound scar aesthetic VACS score,treatment cost,and patient satisfaction.Results The VAS wound pain score and wound scar aesthetic VACS score of the cosmetic group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the treatment cost was higher than that of the conventional group.The difference was statistically significant(t=10.723,23.335,39.806,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of 100.00%in the beauty group was higher than 76.19%in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=17.027,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of emergency plastic surgery suture for patients with facial trauma is definite,which can improve the appearance of wound scars,reduce pain,and improve patient satisfaction.However,compared with traditional conventional debridement and suture,emergency plastic surgery increases medical expenses.
