CT诊断在颅脑外伤患者早期诊断中的应用探究

摘　　要：目的分析CT诊断在颅脑外伤患者早期诊断中的应用效果。方法选择从2018年7月至2019年3月于我院中进行诊断的颅脑外伤患者80例,随机划分为两组,40例采用CT检查作为CT检查组,40例采用X线检查作为X线检查组,对比两组检查结果、诊断情况、诊断效果、检查符合率、诊断满意度。结果CT检查组的蛛网膜下腔出血、脑挫裂伤、硬膜下血肿、硬膜下积液、硬膜外血肿、颅内血肿、颅骨骨折检出率明显高于X线检查组,P<0.05。CT检查组总有效率为92.50%,高于X线检查组的80.00%(P<0.05)。CT检查组的准确性、敏感性、特异性与X线检查组差异不大,P>0.05。CT检查组符合率高于X线检查组,P<0.05。CT检查组满意率为92.50%,高于X线检查组的80.00%。结论CT诊断在颅脑外伤患者早期诊断中的应用效果较X线诊断更突出,临床检出率、符合率、诊断满意度更高,诊断效果更明显,是一种理想的诊断方式。Objective To analyze the effect of CT diagnosis in the early diagnosis of craniocerebral trauma.Methods Eighty patients with craniocerebral trauma who were diagnosed in our hospital from July 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Randomly divided into two groups,40 cases used CT examination as the CT examination group,40 cases used X-ray examination as the X-ray examination group.Comparison of the two groups of results,diagnosis,diagnosis effect,inspection compliance rate,diagnosis satisfaction.Results The detection rate of subarachnoid hemorrhage,cerebral contusion and laceration,subdural hematoma,subdural effusion,epidural hematoma,intracranial hematoma,and skull fracture in the CT examination group was significantly higher than that in the X-ray examination group,P<0.05.The total effective rate of CT examination group was 92.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of X-ray examination group(P<0.05).The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of the CT examination group were no significantly different from those of the X-ray examination group,P>0.05.The coincidence rate of CT examination group was higher than that of X-ray examination group,P<0.05.The satisfaction rate of CT examination group was 92.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of X-ray examination group.Conclusion CT diagnosis in the early diagnosis of craniocerebral trauma patients is more prominent than X-ray diagnosis,the number of clinical detection,examination compliance rate is higher,the diagnosis satisfaction rate is more obvious,and the diagnosis effect is more obvious.
