摘 要:目的探究不同透析方式用于尿毒症患者临床应用价值。方法选择2018年2月至2019年2月本院收治的尿毒症患者作为研究对象,从中随机抽出80例患者将其按照入院时间顺序分为对照组(40例)、观察组(40例)。对照组尿毒症患者采取高通量血液透析治疗(HD)治疗,观察组采取高通量血液透析+血液透析滤过(HD+HDF)治疗,对比两组尿毒症患者血管内皮细胞功能、微炎症状态及心血管并发症发生率。结果治疗前,两组尿毒症患者血管内皮细胞损伤因子水平、血清炎性因子,对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组尿毒症患者内皮细胞损伤因子水平、血清炎性因子水平均降低,而且观察组降低程度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组尿毒症患者治疗后心血管并发症发生率明显低于对照组尿毒症患者(P<0.05)。结论相较于高通量血液透析治疗,采用高通量血液透析联合血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症,能够进一步改善患者病情,改善血管炎性反应,并降低心血管并发症发生率,对患者治疗具有积极作用。Objective To explore the clinical value of different dialysis methods in uremic patients.Methods Eighty patients with uremia admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly selected and divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to the time sequence of admission.The control group was treated with high-flux hemodialysis(HD)and the observation group was treated with high-flux hemodialysis+hemodiafiltration(HD+HDF).The vascular endothelial cell function,microinflammation status and the incidence of cardiovascular complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of vascular endothelial cell injury factor and serum inflammatory factor between the two groups:P>0.05;after treatment,the levels of endothelial cell injury factor and serum inflammatory factor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the degree of reduction in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,the difference was P<0.05.After treatment,the incidence of cardiovascular complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with high flux hemodialysis,high flux hemodialysis combined with hemodiafiltration can further improve the patient's condition,improve vascular inflammation,and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular complications,which has a positive effect on the treatment of patients.
