不同给药时间对高血压患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨厄贝沙坦不同用药时间治疗高血压患者的效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月我院收治的60例高血压患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组患者于早晨6点服药,观察组患者于下午6点服药。对比两组的治疗效果。结果两组治疗前的舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压水平分别为(79.77±5.94)mm Hg、(128.65±10.28)mm Hg、(69.33±10.85)mm Hg,对照组分别为(86.82±6.41)mm Hg、(143.62±11.17)mm Hg、(77.44±11.21)mm Hg,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率为13.33%,对照组为36.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与早晨6点服药相比,下午6点服用厄贝沙坦更有助于调节高血压患者的血压水平,控制病情。Objective To explore the effect of irbesartan in treating hypertension with different medication time.Methods Sixty patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group took the medicine at 6:00 in the morning,while patients in the observation group took the medicine at 6:00 in the afternoon.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,and mean arterial pressure levels before treatment between the two groups were no statistically different(P>0.05).After treatment,the diastolic,systolic,and mean arterial pressure levels of the observation group were(79.77±5.94)mm Hg,(128.65±10.28)mm Hg,(69.33±10.85)mm Hg,and the control group were(86.82±6.41)mm Hg,(143.62±11.17)mm Hg,(77.44±11.21)mm Hg,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 13.33%in the observation group and 36.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with taking the medicine at 6:00 in the morning,taking irbesartan at 6:00 in the afternoon is more helpful to regulate the blood pressure level of hypertensive patients and control the condition.
