摘　　要：目的分析心理护理对心血管内科老年患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法将92例心血管内科老年患者分为观察组和对照组,每组46例,分别配合心理护理和常规护理,比较结果。结果观察组依从率、护理满意度、SAS评分、SDS评分、生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将心理护理应用在心血管内科老年患者中能帮助患者改善不良情绪,提升生存质量。Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on negative emotions and quality of life of elderly patients in cardiovascular medicine.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with cardiovascular medicine were divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each group,combined with psychological nursing and routine nursing,and the results were compared.Results The observation group's compliance rate,nursing satisfaction,SAS score,SDS score,and quality of life score were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological care in elderly patients in cardiovascular medicine can help patients improve their bad moods and improve their quality of life.
