临床护理路径及术后延续护理在内镜下治疗胆结石患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探究临床护理路径及术后延续护理在内镜下治疗胆结石患者的效果。方法随机选取2017年12月至2018年12月来我院就诊的80例胆结石患者作为研究样本,按照患者的就诊时间将其分为对照组和试验组,各40例,对照组患者采用常规护理方式,试验组患者则采用护理路径及术后延续护理方式,对其护理效果进行比较。结果护理后,试验组临床治疗总有效率、生活质量评分、住院时间、住院费用、患者对内镜手术知识、围手术期护理注意事项、胆结石知识、其余知识的知晓率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对使用内镜治疗的胆结石患者采用护理路径及术后延续护理方式具有较好的临床治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical nursing pathway and the effect of continuous nursing after operation on patients with gallstones treated by endoscopy.Methods A total of 80 patients with gallstones who visited our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected as research samples.According to the time of visiting,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while those in the experimental group were given routine nursing and continuous nursing after operation.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the experimental group's clinical treatment total effective rate,quality of life score,hospitalization time,hospitalization cost,patients'awareness of endoscopic surgery knowledge,perioperative care precautions,gallstones knowledge,and other knowledge were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing path and continuing nursing after operation for patients with gallstones treated by endoscopy have better clinical therapeutic effect.
