摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对ICU重症患者护理质量的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月沈阳市第十人民医院ICU重症患者80例,随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=40,接受常规护理)和观察组(n=40,接受心理护理)。比较两组的负性情绪、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组患者的SAS评分及SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理可显著改善ICU重症患者的负面情绪,提升患者的治疗依从性,患者及其家属的满意度较高。Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on nursing quality of ICU severe patients.Methods A total of 80 critically ill patients in the ICU of the Tenth People's Hospital of Shenyang from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected and grouped according to the order of admission,40 patients who were admitted earlier and received routine care were used as the control group,and those who were admitted later were accepted 40 patients in psychological care served as the observation group.The negative emotions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological care can significantly improve the negative emotions of critically ill patients in ICU,improve the patients'compliance with treatment,and the satisfaction of patients and their families is high.
