胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者应用精细化护理干预的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者应用精细化护理干预的临床效果。方法抽选2018年1月至2020年5月于本院行胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的52例患者,随机编号纳入精细化组(n=26)与常规化组(n=26)。在分别实施常规护理及精细化护理后,比较患者的恢复时间、情绪评分及并发症发生率等。结果精细化组患者的手术时间、拔管时间及住院时间均短于常规化组,差异显著(P<0.05)。精细化组护理后患者的焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于常规化组,差异显著(P<0.05)。精细化组患者的并发症发生率与护理满意率均优于常规化组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的精细化护理,可缩短术后患者恢复时间,缓解患者负性情绪,预防并发症的发生,有助于和谐护患关系的构建。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of fine nursing intervention in patients with thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.Methods A total of 52 patients who underwent thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected and randomly numbered into the refined group(n=26)and the routine group(n=26).The recovery time,mood score and complication rate of the patients were compared after routine nursing and intensive nursing.Results The operation time,extubation time and hospitalization time of the patients in the refined group were shorter than those in the routine group,and the difference was statisticant(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of patients in the refined group after nursing care were significantly lower than those in the routine group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the refined group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The fine nursing of thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer can shorten the recovery time of postoperative patients,relieve the negative emotions of patients,prevent the occurrence of complications,and contribute to the construction of a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
