应用全方位护理对神经外科重症肺部感染的预防效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究全方位护理在神经外科重症肺部感染患者的临床预防效果。方法选取我院2016年8月至2018年8月入院接受治疗的神经外科重症患者136例,将其随机分组后,分为观察组和对照组各68例,对照组采取常规护理干预措施,观察组则在对照组的护理基础上增加全面护理干预措施,对比两组患者护理后肺部感染、护理满意度情况。结果观察组并发症发生率19.12%,明显低于对照组的58.82%,P<0.05;观察组护理总满意度为92.65%,明显高于对照组的72.06%,P<0.05。结论神经外科患者采取全方位护理干预措施,能够有效预防重症肺部感染情况的发生,提升患者以及家属对护理服务的满意度。Objective To study the clinical preventive effect of omni-directional nursing in neurosurgery patients with severe pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 136 patients with severe neurosurgical diseases admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 68 cases in each rent.The control group was asked to take routine nursing intervention measures,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control group's nursing.The pulmonary infection and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared.Results The complication rate in the observation group was 19.12%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(58.82%),P<0.05.The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 92.65%,significantly higher than that of the control group(72.06%),P<0.05.Conclusion In clinical nursing intervention for neurosurgery patients,comprehensive nursing intervention measures can effectively prevent the occurrence of severe pulmonary infection and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families with nursing services.
