综合护理对不稳定性骨盆骨折切开复位内固定手术患者的效果评价

摘　　要：目的针对不稳定性骨盆骨折切开复位内固定手术患者实施综合护理,进一步为患者的病情康复提供护理支持。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月收治的78例不稳定性骨盆骨折切开复位内固定手术患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,采用随机数字分组法将其分为两组,每组39例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组则采用综合护理措施,分析两组护理效果。结果观察组患者的物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能和心理功能评分分别为(76.30±2.75)分、(72.91±2.28)分、(73.54±3.46)分和(75.15±5.11)分,均高于对照组的(67.15±2.22)分、(63.61±2.75)分、(64.55±3.85)分和(64.89±4.89)分,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率为7.69%(3/39),明显低于对照组的25.64%(10/39),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用综合护理方案干预不稳定性骨盆骨折切开复位内固定手术患者对其病情康复具有积极的促进作用,有助于提升手术安全性和生活质量。Objective In order to provide nursing support for the patient's recovery,the experiment will carry out comprehensive nursing for the unstable pelvic fracture patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation.Methods A total of 78 patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation for unstable pelvic fractures admitted from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into two groups by random number grouping,39 cases in each group.The patients in the control group adopted conventional nursing measures,and the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing measures to analyze the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The scores of material life,physical function,social function,and psychological function of the observation group were(76.30±2.75),(72.91±2.28),(73.54±3.46)and(75.15±5.11)points,respectively,all higher than the control the scores of(67.15±2.22),(63.61±2.75),(64.55±3.85)and(64.89±4.89)points in the group were statistically significant(P<0.05),the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.69%(3/39),which was significantly lower than the 25.64%(10/39)in the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of a comprehensive nursing program to intervene patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation of unstable pelvic fractures has a positive effect on their rehabilitation,and helps to improve the safety of the operation and the quality of life.
