摘　　要：目的探讨分析妇科恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围手术期治疗效果。方法选取该院2017年6月—2019年8月收治的60例妇科恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者为研究组,选取55例妇科肿瘤未合并糖尿病患者为对照组,两组患者均接受围手术期治疗,比较分析两组患者切口感染率、下肢静脉血栓、平均住院时间、血糖水平。结果治疗后,研究组患者血糖指标较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者切口感染率为10.91%,住院时间为(10.85±2.23)d,高于研究组患者切口感染率5.00%,住院时间(7.15±1.19)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对妇科恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者,在给予围手术期治疗过程中,注重患者术前血糖调节,术后给予患者抗生素治疗,以此确保妇科恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the perioperative treatment effect of patients with gynecological malignant tumors and diabetes.Methods The 60 patients with gynecological malignant tumors and diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the study group,and 55 patients with gynecological tumors without diabetes were selected as the control group.Both groups received perioperative treatment.Comparison analysis of the resection rate,lower extremity venous thrombosis,average length of stay and blood sugar level in the two groups.Results After the treatment,the blood glucose index of the study group was significantly improved compared with that before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incision infection rate of the control group was 10.91%,and the hospital stay was(10.85±2.23)d,which was higher than 5.00%of the incision infection rate and(7.15±1.19)d of the the hospital stay in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gynecological malignant tumors with diabetes,during the perioperative treatment,attention should be paid to the blood glucose adjustment before operation,and antibiotics are given to patients after surgery to ensure the treatment effect of patients with gynecological malignant tumors with diabetes.
