T-SPOT.TB在肺结核合并糖尿病患者诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析在肺结核合并糖尿病患者中采用结核杆菌T细胞斑点实验(T-SPOT.TB)诊断的价值影响。方法通过抽签选出于2017年10月—2019年4月期间收治的60名非肺结核合并糖尿病患者作为该次研究的一号组,同时选取同时期在该院确诊的60例患有肺结核合并糖尿病的患者作为该次研究的二号组。对两组患者统一实施结核杆菌T细胞斑点实验检测、痰抗酸杆菌涂片检测以及结核菌素试验,对检测试验结果进行分析比较。结果结核杆菌T细胞斑点实验检测灵敏度为97%,痰抗酸杆菌涂片检测灵敏度为38%,结核菌素试验检测灵敏度为62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肺结核合并糖尿病患者的临床诊断中,采用结核杆菌T细胞斑点实验法进行诊断具有良好的诊断价值,可在临床诊断中大力推广。Objective To study and analyze the diagnostic value of tuberculosis T cell spot test(T-SPOT.TB)in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes.Methods 60 non-tuberculosis patients with diabetes who were admitted between October 2017 and April 2019 were selected by lottery as the first group of this study,and 60 patients with tuberculosis and diabetes diagnosed in the hospital during the same period were selected as the second group of this study.The two groups of patients were uniformly implemented tuberculosis T cell spot test,sputum acid-fast bacillus smear test,and tuberculin test,and the test results were analyzed and compared.Results The sensitivity of tubercle bacillus T cell spot test was 97%,the sensitivity of sputum acid-fast bacillus smear was 38%,and the sensitivity of tuberculin test was 62%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes,the tubercle bacillus T cell spot test method for diagnosis has good diagnostic value and can be promoted in clinical diagnosis.
