利格列汀对2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者糖脂代谢指标及胰岛β细胞分泌功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者治疗中,利格列汀对糖脂代谢指标及胰岛β细胞分泌功能的临床影响。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月该院接受的2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者75例作为该次研究对象,分为常规组(37例)与观察组(38例),常规组患者采取格列美脲分散片治疗,观察组患者采取利格列汀片治疗,比较两组患者治疗总有效率、空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、体质量指数、胰岛素抵抗指数、血清甘油三酯、血清总胆固醇、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、收缩压、舒张压、胰岛β细胞功能指数。结果两组患者治疗总有效率有显著差异,且观察组患者治疗效果高于常规组患者治疗效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、体质量指数均明显低于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者血清甘油三酯、血清总胆固醇、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、收缩压、舒张压均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者胰岛素抵抗指数低于常规组患者,胰岛β细胞功能指数高于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利格列汀治疗2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者的效果确切,对糖脂代谢指标及胰岛β细胞分泌功能有着积极影响。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of linagliptin on glucose and lipid metabolism indexes and pancreaticβ-cell secretory function in the treatment of obese patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 75 patients with type 2 diabetes and obesity accepted by the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a routine group(37 cases)and an observation group(38 cases).Patients in the routine group were taken Glimepiride dispersible tablets treatment,patients in the observation group were treated with linagliptin tablets,and the total effective rate of treatment,fasting blood glucose levels,2 h postprandial blood glucose levels,body mass index,insulin resistance index,and serum triglycerides were compared between the two groups,serum total cholesterol,serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pancreaticβcell function index.Results There was a significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups,and the treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had significantly lower fasting blood glucose levels,2 h postprandial blood glucose levels,and body mass index in the routine group of patients(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in serum triglycerides,serum total cholesterol,serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);in the observation group,the insulin resistance index was lower than that of the patients in the routine group,and the pancreaticβ-cell function index was higher than that of the patients in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Linagliptin has a definite effect in the treatment of obese patients with type 2 diabetes.It has a positive effect on glucose and lipid metabolism ind
