饮食指导在糖尿病护理方面的应用

摘　　要：目的研究探讨饮食指导在糖尿病护理当中的相关应用效果。方法选择2018年6月—2019年6月该院收治的糖尿病患者90例,根据护理的方法将研究对象平均分为常规组(进行常规护理)和研究组(在常规护理的基础上加强饮食指导),对比两组护理的效果。结果在经过护理之后,研究组患者的护理效果更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在对饮食知识的掌握程度方面,研究组患者的掌握程度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在生活质量评分数值的对比上,研究组的数值更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者对护理的满意程度上,研究组的满意程度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对糖尿病患者进行护理的过程中,加强饮食指导能够进一步提高护理的效果并提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study and explore the effects of diet guidance in diabetes care.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,90 cases diabetic patients were admitted to the hospital.According to the method of nursing,the research objects were equally divided into the routine group(conduct routine nursing)and the research group(strengthening dietary guidance on the basis of routine nursing)to compare the effects of the two groups of nursing.Results After nursing,the patients in the study group had better nursing effects,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of their knowledge of diet,the patients in the study group had a higher degree of mastery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the comparison of the quality of life scores,the value of the study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of patients'satisfaction with care,the study group was more satisfied,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing diabetic patients,strengthening dietary guidance can further improve the effectiveness of nursing and improve the quality of life of patients.
